Hot Toys Iron Man Mark III Battle Damaged
The Hot toys Iron Man Mark III battle damage edition is one the best Iron man toys that ever made. Its expensive piece of work, the arms legs torso and head are all extremely detailed with every line, visible switch and screw sharply defined. The Iron Man Toys battle damaged chest looks great, nice and smooth. The Battle damaged version is crumpled, bent and dented all over the place. You can tell that he took one to the chest from Iron Monger at this point. This adds a really dynamic and real look to him.
These chest plates as they are separate pieces that snap on, are a touch wider than the previous versions. This actually is subtile but looks really good giving him a tougher overall appearance. He can also be displayed with neither chest attached. And the well where the arc reactor sits and the many silver switches and cogs are each done up in minute detail.
Hot toys Iron Man paint is deep red and gold with silver highlights and silver and black under the armor. However the paint is more than that. It has been realistically to look dinged, chipped and scraped as if he's been battling and thrown across the ground and through a few walls at this point. He's not off the showroom floor.
The hot toys iron man face plate sports several scrapes and the really battle damaged chest has many veins of silver showing under the cracks and dents. All the little details under the armor are done in silver on black and look great with little to no sloppiness. The Downy face looks great and has a little blood on the forehead. If you are already into these high end collectibles then I think you'll like him regardless.
