Here are the apparent top 20 sports in America!
Without much doubt, the 5 at the top should definitely be here, but what about the others?
- American Football - Without a doubt the number one, the Super Bowl says it all.
- Baseball - This is sometimes referred to as the number one sport, but American football gets more of an audience.
- Basketball - Well simply put this is played by well over 300,000,000 people around the world.
- Hockey - Just like America, this sport is never boring or monotonous, always something new.
- Golf - A very much skilled sport, but Tiger Woods really brought it too the people.
- Wrestling - A huge sport, many Americans tune in to watch this.
- Tennis - Well, Venus and Serena kind of say it all really, plus the likes of Roddick.
- Skateboarding - A massive sporting phenomenon, but only with thanks to America.
- Surfing - Competitions and challenges have arisen, thanks to the marketing from America.
- Ice Skating - A Bigger sport in America than you may have originally thought.
- Boxing - Loved by the Americans and loved by the world, needs to be more frequent.
- Soccer- Although no where near as big as American Football, still a growing sport.
- Archery - America rule this battlefield, they always do well at the Olympics.
- Volleyball - Definitely, who ever thought this up knew exactly what they were doing.
- Cycling - Has been in the sport world for a while now, and has taken off, but not as much as others.
- Track and Field - Up until recently the Americans have completely dominated Track and Field events at the Olympics.
- Horse Racing - A great sport, loved by all mainly for betting, but the riders do well to.
- Rock Climbing - This is a great sport, and fun for everyone even indoors, Alain Robert has helped things out with this.
- Extreme Sports - The Americans love this, especially when things go wrong, not sure why though.
- Auto Racing - I know this is at the bottom, but there is room for maneuverability, it has too many aspects.
