Easy Ways To Identify Cardio OD
Some people just need to get honest about what they've been doing.There is an awareness of being completely ineffective with exercise: acknowledge it. Cardio won't help you with rapid weight loss.
What is it that prompts you to continue wasting time on cardio, knowing that you are losing nothing but time?The sinister side of cardio is what pushes some across the border of insanity.
My quick, intense workout was winding up when I was checking out the number of people working endlessly on cardio.The ritual behavior of some people doing the aerobic exercises was very interesting to observe.
My experiences are what prompted me to wrtite down how to diagnose out of control cardio-freaks.
1.You know you're doing too much cardio if you need a five minute period before your workout to choose your reading material.
Number two: The strangers on the machines on either side are more familiar with your life than anyone else. Cardio will not help you lose 20 pounds.
Number three: The amount of aerobics has surpassed reason when the rate of calories consumed for each machine is memorized.
4. Cardio has gotten out of hand in your life if it makes you miserable and you're rather have a limb sawed of without anesthesia, but you do it anyway.
Number five: You're on the dark-side of cardio when you're losing everything but pounds and fat.
Number six: You've developed an appetite for TV shows only aired while you're on a machine.
Number seven: Injuries that keep you from getting on the machines cause a cessation of exercise and multiple doctor visits, indicating that you're out of conrtol with cardiovascular routines.I've tried to use humor to communicate what I want you to know.
Cardio's reputation and reality are totally different. What you think is good for you is bad, and your well intentioned goals are totally out of aligmnent with your actions. You can talk about your experiences in the weight loss forum.
